Amilia Proietti

Amilia has over ten years of experience in customer service. She has held various positions, from cashier to pharmacy clerk, then customer service representative at a bank, before working for a transportation company where she managed major accounts.

With a degree as a dental assistant, Amilia stands out for her listening skills, thoroughness, and people-oriented approach. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and entertaining—her home is a welcoming place where laughter, good food, and conviviality are always on the menu.

As the mother of two young boys, ages 6 and 2, she leads a busy life and finds balance between family, work, and trips to the seaside, always accompanied by a good novel.
